Install Claude Code and pick one job
Read the welcome note, introduce yourself in the community, install Claude Code, and write down the ONE job you want an agent to do for you this week.
Your first agent, on Telegram
Brief your agent in plain language and connect it to Telegram. Goal: it does one real task for you before day 3 ends, such as sorting your inbox or sending a morning summary. You describe it, the agent builds it.
Give it memory
Write a CLAUDE.md that tells the agent who you are, how your business works and what is forbidden. Add a notes file it can read and update. Watch it stop asking the same questions.
Give it tools
Connect one tool through MCP or a skill: mail, calendar, a sheet, your accounting. Ask the agent to do a real job with it, and read every step it takes.
Add sub-agents and background tasks
Let your agent hand work to a sub-agent, and schedule one task to run by itself each morning. Check the result by hand for three days.
Safety and budget
Set spending limits, keep a human approval step for anything that sends or pays, and keep secrets out of the agent's reach. Bring your setup to the weekly call for a live review.
Show the result, plan week 2
Post what your agent did in the community, with one number: time saved. Pick the next agent kit from the library and choose your next job to hand over.
I moved to Thailand to build a company. I ended up building a team that never sleeps, and most of it is software.
Every morning my agents have already read the mail, filed the invoices and pulled the numbers. I do not draw flowcharts. I talk to them, and they build what I need. It took me months of mistakes to learn how to brief them.
This club is the short version. The agent setups I really use, the mistakes I already paid for, and one hour a week where we build together. No hype. If it does not run on real data, we do not teach it.
